I FINALLY feel back to normal!!  Wooohoooo!  It's hot today and that's how I like it when I train.  Good stuff!

Training:
10x2 push press 80% weight was 100# felt good

 first set was hard??  after that felt very good and solid

last set felt heavy

Alternating Tabata
dip, pull up, push up, swing
