Happy Easter. I still feel like shit. I am suspecting pneumonia. It's kinda funny the last time all my hair fell out 5 years ago I had pneumonia. Weird. I'm kinda hoping I magically feel better when I wake up but I'm not holding out hope. If I don't I think I'll be going to the Dr.

So I still feel like poop although better than the steaming pile of poop I felt like earlier this week, but I attempted 13.4. Major bummer. I got 48 reps and pissed at myself. So I went and punished myself with two pretzels. Now I have a stomach ache and a cold. Some times I don't understand why I do this dumb shit. The open doesn't matter. My score doesn't matter. My stomach and how I feel in the other hand does matter. So now that I've come to this realization I can move on and NOT eat any more pretzels. Just steak. R.E. my coach. <3. Lesson learned.

Back from the dead. I have done nothing but sleep for the past two days, I was sick as shit. This week has been a bust. I am going to attempt 13.4 tomorrow but that's it for this week. I'm kinda bummed because I think I would normally do pretty good at this one but I feel pretty weak so we shall see...

Woke up to freaking snow!! Ahhh come on summer! Got 8 hours of good sleep. Looking forward to training today, finally not sore from all those dumb wall balls.

What I realized after this is my quads and hip flexors are still in knots last set hurt, spent 15 min rolling them out after
8 min AMRAP 6 ring rows & 3 strict press 80%

had feet on box for most of the rows, used 72# for presses, considered dropping weight but stuck with it, just took me longer. My upper body strength is non existent. BAH!

Thursday to Saturday
So, Thursday was 13.3. I am never doing wall balls again. I got 195 and I am not happy I didn't get through the DU's but whatever. Friday I took as a rest day and I got a massage, it didn't help, I'm still waddling like my baby geese.
Today I took a long time warming up, taught snatch work and began my training.
1 rm snatch for today was 85#. I dropped 95 on my back. Got a nice new bruise but tried it 2 more times, wasn't happening so for my AMRAP 1 every min 20 min I used #65. They felt awful, my legs are exceptionally sore, I have a ton of homework and I couldn't focus so I stopped. I didn't finish today. I hate not finishing but my head or body is just not in it today. Bummer. This week coming up will be the end of two classes so I will be able to focus a little more on training.
