Woke up to freaking snow!!  Ahhh come on summer!  Got 8 hours of good sleep.  Looking forward to training today, finally not sore from all those dumb wall balls.

got 75# for 3 couldn't get past 2nd position with 85 :(

What I realized after this is my quads and hip flexors are still in knots  last set hurt, spent 15 min rolling them out after

8 min AMRAP 6 ring rows & 3 strict press 80%
6 rounds + ring rows
had feet on box for most of the rows, used 72# for presses, considered dropping weight but stuck with it, just took me longer.  My upper body strength is non existent.  BAH!
