power clean x3 95, 105, 115, 120, 125 max got ugly for 125 but I got all three
push press 5x5 85, 90, 95, 100, 105 only got 105 3x so went back to 100 for last 2
front squat

all easy kept great form
3x10 glute ham raises ouch... gotta figure how to use my GHD better, it hurts my quads bad
3x10 TTB no kip....hahahaha no kip I tried my best I really did ;)
