Clean and Jerk work to 1 rep max 125.  Failed 135 jerk 3x

20 min EMOM

90# 2 squat clean 1 jerk

I was a little nervous about this one but they all felt great, landed perfect, jerks are ok but not great, my overhead stuff sucks   forgot video today sorry
